KARI MOTZ,
Senior VP OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Kari Motz joined Chuck Latham Associates in 2017 as Director of Human Resources, and now serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Kari leads all aspects of HR for the CLA and H&C Animal Health teams from recruitment, development, total rewards, engagement, and more. Prior to joining CLA, she held HR leadership positions with Crocs and Target. Kari received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and an Executive Leadership certificate from Cornell University.
